Internship for Business (Operation Support)
Expose to the role of planning to execution of corporate events
Requirement:
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research through phone, online and site visit on ideal 4 – 5 star Hotel based on target market.
- Spot Hotels meeting promotional or seasonal package.
- Consistently compare and acquire new Hotel and price on 4 – 5 star Hotel meeting & room rates. Target Region (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, Taiwan and China).
- Communicate and coordinate with Partner Hotels on upcoming events.
- Request and negotiate proposal to achieve ultimate benefits.
- Perform and manage administration support of any upcoming events.
- Plan and perform logistic for overseas events.
- Manage and analyze events administrative costs and consistently implement and improve cost cutting solution.
- Provide support and direction to our event coordinator.
- Check and track all inventories related events materials.
- Contribute innovative idea on design, merchant gifts and promotional take-away.

The primary role of Senior Human Resources is to oversee recruitment activities and overlook the day to day running operation function in the office. The candidate will need to have prior experience in a similar capacity (80% recruitment) with strong time management (20% Administration) and organization skill.

- Advertise and work closely with online recruitment job portal to increase traffic of applicants.

The Market researcher position will provide regular support to business development through crucial data gathering relevant to programe assign, maintaining databases, and preparation of direction reports. The market researcher will also interact with clients to help understand current and future requirement , issues and interest regarding our product platform.
Requirement:

Market researcher will be part of an integrated team responsible for
collecting, analyzing, and inputting key companies, core business, department,
skills and prospect personal data relevant to our energy programe into our
proprietary database. The Market Researcher will work with our business
development team to help maintain and increase market shares, track company and
market trends and help generate market direction reports and revenue.
Specific Job Duties:

telephone and online research to provide a clear structure on

segment, market prospect and target disciplines data found in corporate
