This 3-day practical workshop will cover every aspects related to reducing inventory and costs of spares parts and is supported by case studies, software and practical exercises to aid understanding.

Two analysis techniques will be covered; using probability for slow and fast moving spares and stimulation for high value spares with logistic issues. We cover optimizing spares for new facilities as well as how to evaluate existing inventory systems and KPIs for evaluating performance.
